LCB trip to Fish Market & Meat Market

Hi everyone.. Today i went to a trip made by LCB (my school) to Fish Market & Meat Market... This trip start pretty early... they start at 6.30am.. at fish market.. so i need to wake up at 5am to prepare and take the 6am d bus to fish market... somethings very funny was... when the trip started.. only have 4 students included me... lol.. a small tour...==... soem other students were late... but still... whole tour just 9 pupil....

First... the guide take us to the auction room...


see how the auction work?? hehe.. very special right?? There is an auction every morning... mostly fish market's owner or worker will come here to buy the fish that was caught from the fisherman... they buy their product they want by auction...


finally the auction end..

so he brings us to the area the fish and seafood are place... we went to the shasimi area...

see the holes on the fish?? that is the scar left by the shark bite....==

This is the where the floor are... like a big hall...

I donno what this fish call.. but as u know the eyes and the stomach was burst out... why?? because it was fished from the deep sea quickly to the boat.. so the pressure made it become like that...

Now they starting to clearing the floor and get their product back to their own market...

see.. all those boxes were one by one sending into the truck and send back to the buyers market...

Now we going to the life area...

after that, the guide man bring us to see the fisherman boats.... and talk about some history of their fisherman industry...

Finally, we finish our fish market tour...

Next... we going to the meat market...

Glenmore meat market...

We went into the shop where they sell their meat...

they also have sell whole lamb, beef, and pig...

After that we went into their factory....

looking how they work.... how they cut the meat... and process the meat

Then we went to the storage... it was very cold inside...

see how they hang those meat?? hehe..

and this is their freezer room.... -28'c... so cold...

something that supriced me is their big meat cold storage...

see that?? how big is the room and how many difference meat was hang in this room...

Swimming & 2012

Yesterday.. damn hot... about 40 degree lidat... so me and my housemate decided to go swimming.. so me, jason, fu, shawn, bibi take bus at 2.45pm and start our journey... hahaha...

The Ryde Aquatic Leisure Centre... hehehe...

When we reach there.. u know wat?? lol... so many people there.... see the pic u will know...

This is just te baby pool only.. we went to the adult pool to swim... hehe i dint take photo cause i wan swim d.... wahahaha..... the water is so cold... == but after swim few round i feel more better.... at aquatic centre there they have a high school women water hand ball competition.. (donno wat is the real name).... some of them are pretty... hehe... we swim until 4 something...

after that... fu suggest to go watch 2012... so we went to Macquarie shopping centre to watch the movie... we reach there about 5pm.... almost of the shop is closing... lol... aus close very early.... their closing time is 5pm.. not like malaysia is 10pm... lol... so we no choice... no shopping... ==

liu jie just finish her work... so she also come and joined us to watch 2012... so we went to the cinema... Event Cinemas...

2012 is a very good movie.... i love that... those who watch before also will think it is a good movie right?? hehe.... at the advertisement i saw 1 movie " Avatar "... it looks like very good movie.... next time i wan go to watch.... dec 18 launch i think.... hehe... after the movie we go to have our dinner and went home to sleep... fin..

Aquarium...

Hi guys..
i went to aquarium with my friend yesterday...

before we went there, we had our lunch at a japan-chinese style restaurant..







I feel their food quite good but abit expensive for me... but anyways, almost the food price is similar in city....

After that we went to aquarium...

Coconut milk's day...

haha.. We made Nasi Lemak today...

In the morning, I and 2 of my housemate go eastwood to buy some ingredients... but today is Sunday... so some of the shop dint open today... but luckily we had bought the ingredients we want...

After we get back home... we start to make coconut rice... We not sure about the recipe of coconut rice... we just simply estimate the volume of the coconut milk we need and some water.... with blessed of god... the rice come out successfully... Beside that, we also make fried chicken, fried anchovy, sambal prawns, and fried hard boil egg... but i failed the fried hard boil eggs... it tasted good but the outer skin of the eggs were ugly.... We all about 6 housemate including me eat our lunch together with nasi lemak... so nice... yum yum....

After that, i follow some of my housemate went jogging... we jog until medowbank park... about 3km++ from our house... but it was nice.... we chased the sea gulls which is in the medowbank park.... when they fly up all together.. it was so nice and so fun... haha...

At night... after we came back from the jog... we rest in the kitchen... one of my housemate which dint went jog with us, he made sago with coconut milk.. it was nice... because of the coconut rice still left from our lunch.. so i eat it for my dinner with my housemate... my housemate made some taiwaness style dishes... so nice.. i love it... then, today i had learn 1 dish which call "chicken wrap in paper"... next time when i go back maybe i can make it... not really hard and very nice to eat....

but nvm, atleast now i know how to make a nasi lemak...

Why the time passed so fast...

hi guys... long time havent updated this blog d... Why the time pasted so fast?? Today already the last day of October... but i just post 1 post this month... lol... Am i busy?? i also not really sure about that... Hmm.. this month i not really found out somethings new to share... just normal everyday... oh yea.. nowadays i always went to school to use school's internet lines.. cause in my house, the internet speed is so slow... sometime open a main page also need about 5 min to open... and the line keep broken... but the school's internet had block some pages, like facebook, friendster, youtube and so on.. not really know why they block it.. but still the internet is fast...

I have some new housemates.. they just move in a month ago.. if i'm not mistaken... they r nice, friendly and social able.. i love them... they say they wan to make Nasi Lemak tml... haha... long time dint eat nasi lemak d.. miss that... so see wat coming out tml.. hope it is nice... i will let u all know... kekekeke...

I hope the time can go more slower... so i have more time to rest.. hehe... agree??
